is accepting acquisition packages on retail, mixed use and residential properties meeting the following criteria:

TYPE OF PROPERTY
The company empowers its teams to proactively develop and leverage new retail, residential, mixed-use and urban transit-oriented development opportunities. Targeted projects include: larger mixed-use developments in premier markets driven by size, economic stability, population and income growth OR smaller, retail-only developments determined by key retailer/industry relationships, competitive market profile and the opportunity to leverage other JFA projects.

SIZE OF PROPERTY
Retail: 200,000 + s/f, No Upper Limit
Residential: Land for development of at least 200 units
Mixed Use: Retail of 150,000 + s/f with at least 200 residential units
GEOGRAPHIC AREA
National opportunities
TRADE AREA
Minimum population of 50,000 within a 2-mile radius. Major intersection of two thoroughfares.
SPECIAL INTERESTS
Properties or sites in which Freed can add value and increase cash flow through development, lease-up, remerchandising, renovation or expansion.
PRICE RANGE
No Upper Limit. Should be value opportunity.
