Block 37 will open in Summer 2009 with 60 specialty retailers, including international merchants and stores new to the Chicago area. Shoppers will discover a sun-bathed atrium accessed from State, Randolph and Dearborn Streets as well as direct access from the Pedway and the CTA Red and Blue rail lines on the Transit Level. Retailers are provided excellent visibility.
