The center's trade area consists of affluent residential communities including Kenilworth, Winnetka, Wilmette, Glenview, Evanston, Skokie, and Northfield. These communities boast some of the highest per capita incomes and home values in the nation. Traffic counts approach 170,000 cars per day. Currently, a 28,000 Sq.
