Elston Logan is a joint venture between Joseph Freed & Associates and Wynn & Associates. The project is a 150,000sf building with a historically significant facade. The exterior walls along Logan Blvd. and Elston Ave. showcase the original design of famed Chicago architect Alfred Altschuler. These exterior walls feature locally manufactured tecco tiles which were preserved and rehabilitated giving the building a noteworthy exterior as well as location.
The building is comprised of a 50,000 sf two-story retail structure with an ~ 265 car garage that rises 4 levels over the 1st floor. The project is anchored by a two-story 43,000sf Xsport Fitness, Chicagoland's premiere full service fitness facility provider. Xsport Fitness has a full size basketball court and lap pool on the first floor and a two-story rock-climbing wall with exercise rooms on the 2nd floor and an internal elevator system. Panera Bread anchors the eastern corner of the building. There is one vacant space left in the project comprising ~2,250sf with 26 feet of store front on Logan Blvd, across from Target.
