Evanston Plaza is undergoing a remerchandising and repositioning program driven by the addition of Dominicks and A. J. Wright. The center is located at the intersection of Dempster Street and Dodge Avenue just west of the central business district of Evanston. A well established customer base is provided by the densely populated residential area surrounding the center. Nearly one quarter million people reside within three miles of the intersection. Evanston Plaza is a joint venture with Albemarle Equities, Lerner-Heidenberg Properties.
