The project involves redeveloping a former Franks Nursery into 4 components: a 7,500 s.f.multi-tenant retail building targeted at 4-5 users, a free-standing building, which we currently are in lease negotiations with Starbucks, a restaurant pad, and a hotel, which is under contract to be a Holiday Inn Express. Most of the project is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2007 with the hotel opening in spring of 2008. Right now our focus is on finding a restaurant that will enjoy the patronage of the hotel guests as well as servicing the local community.
