Mentor Building is an historic restoration mixed-use redevelopment in the heart of the Chicago Loop. The building consists of 6,300 Sq. Ft. of retail and 40 condominium residences. The building was originally designed by renouned Chicago architect Howard Van Doren Shaw in 1910 and is a Chicago historic landmark. It is located next to the famous Carson Pirie Scott department store designed by Louis Sullivan.
