Norridge Commons is a 323,000 square foot community center serving a very densely populated trade area of nearly three quarters of a million people. The center is located at the triple intersection of Harlem Avenue, Irving Park Road and Forest Preserve Drive. A total of well over 100,000 cars daily pass through this intersection. Interstate 90 with an exit at Harlem Avenue is located a few minutes from the center. Over the last ten years, Harlem Avenue has become a heavily retailed thoroughfare as a result of its connection to the Interstate.
