Mentor Building is an historic restoration mixed-use redevelopment in the heart of the Chicago Loop. The building houses an American Apparel store, offices and condominium residences. The building was originally designed by renowned Chicago architect Howard Van Doren Shaw in 1906 and is a Chicago historic landmark.
