Sullivan Center, designed by renowned architect Louis Sullivan and built in 1899, is a
15-story, mixed-use historic landmark redevelopment in heart of downtown
Chicago.
Occupying almost a full city block, Sullivan Center is well positioned in both size and
location to support large retail, office, restaurant, school and entertainment users.
The building contains more than 1,000,000 square feet of space and consists of
large floor plates allowing for more than 90,000 square feet of rentable space per floor.
In 2011 Sullivan Center completed one of the city's most aggressive and award-winning
vintage restorations. As a result, the building blends the qualities of a bygone era
with virtually limitless 21st century technology, evolving into Chicago's number one
Loop destination.
