Terra Cotta is a redeveloped and restored historical landmark building in the Washington Avenue loft district in the downtown area of St. Louis. The first floor is dedicated to retail/restaurant use with the upper floors converted to loft residences. The Red Moon, an Asian restaurant, recently opened with rave reviews and is now one of the "hot spots" of the loft district.
